Privacy Policy

This policy describes how AJ Health Advisors ("we," "me," or "I") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use anthonyhealth.org or work with me directly.

Information I collect

Information you provide. When you book a call, contact me, or request quotes, you may share your name, phone number, email, state of residence, household details, and information relevant to insurance shopping (such as doctors, medications, and budget). You choose what to share; I only ask for what's needed to shop coverage accurately.

Scheduling. Appointments are booked through Calendly, which collects the details you enter there and is governed by its own privacy policy.

Website basics. Like most websites, basic technical data (such as browser type and pages visited) may be collected to keep the site working properly.

How I use it

Your information is used to respond to you, compare and quote insurance plans on your behalf, complete enrollments you authorize, and provide ongoing service on your policy. If you opt in to text messages, I'll use your number to communicate with you about your coverage; reply STOP at any time to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

What I never do

I do not sell your personal information. Ever. I don't share it with marketers, lead brokers, or list buyers. Your details are shared only with insurance carriers and enrollment platforms — and only as needed to quote or enroll coverage you've asked about.

Security & retention

I take reasonable measures to protect your information and retain it only as long as needed to serve you and meet insurance record-keeping requirements.

Your choices

Third-party links

This site links to state insurance regulator websites, NIPR, Calendly, and other third parties. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which I don't control.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
