AJ Health Advisors is not an insurance carrier, is not a government agency, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal or state Health Insurance Marketplaces.

It is not insurance, legal, or tax advice, and it does not create a client relationship or bind coverage. Insurance can only be applied for and issued through a carrier's own application and underwriting process.

No guarantees of rates or availability

Plan availability, benefits, provider networks, and premiums vary by state, county, household, and effective date, and are determined solely by the insurance carrier at the time of application. Examples or ranges discussed in consultations are illustrations, not offers or guarantees.
